The crown jewel of the sanctuary grounds is KARLAND RANCH, situated upon a gentle river that flows through a diversity of marvelous monster habitats. This tranquil oasis was designed by intergalactic architect superstar Lloyd Franklin Rong to meld into the natural environment of our free-roaming fiends in an effort to showcase harmonious living between mortals and monsters. It isn't unusual for a drake to come and lounge by the pool, or for gremlins to sunbathe on one of our spacious private verandas, and you'll be able to see it all from one of our stunning open-air bedrooms.

Features include a tastefully nude statue of our founder to commemorate her victory against Notorious Monster Puncher Homelander, a dazzling central atrium, natural living spaces that offer seamless views of the sanctuary, a great room with a massive stone fireplace, a fully-equipped recording studio in its own self-contained hub, a spring-fed spa complete with onsite masseuse, a marvelous chef's kitchen, shaded outdoor dining and living areas, and two separate ensuite casitas complete with stable housing for monsters who are not yet ready for independent release into the sanctuary proper. Everything down to the studs of the ranch is crafted with sustainable and environmentally friendly materials.

🦆 A friend of yours told us that there is a safe place with acres and acres of land, quack! We have members who are interested in finding new nesting grounds for the winter, quack quack!
